Our client is an international company bringing technical services for their industrial clients in the field of water treatment.
To reinforce their site located in Liège and covering the Benelux area, we are searching for an experienced Service support engineer.

Votre nouveau rôle

Attached to the Regional Leader, you will be responsible for the excellence of technical services (installation and maintenance of water treatment equipment’s for clients located in Belgium, the Netherland and in Luxemburg). Your responsibilities and tasks are large: Bring effective support to the field engineering teams; Review, improve and create dashboards, methods and tools to measure performance; Analyze on site activities such as transfer and sorting processes; Define relevant KPI’s which support improvement strategies; Propose recommendations and launch new initiatives; Develop plans, drive change and implement performance projects; Align working methods with local legislation and drive compliance; Identify risks, threats and opportunities; guarantee of HSE regulation on sites; bring continuous improvement to operational teams.

Votre profil

You’ve got an Engineering degree (chemical or electro-mechanical) and present a first experience preferably in a Service environment / Technical expertise (preferably in water treatment) /operations or maintenance. You’re fluent in French and English, Dutch is a surplus. You’re passionate about water. Excellent customer problem-solving, and commercial skills are essential (contract management and negotiation skills). You must be a team player, highly motivated, proactive and able to work in an unsupervised and safe manner. You’ve also got a very good communication skills with the ability to express information in a clear and concise manner. You’ve got a data-driven mindset. You have the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and different levels of the customer’s organization and within the Company. You’re flexible and open to travel in Benelux (2 days per week) and in Europe (1 week per trimester).
